- Tell us which device you use (iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android) and the app version (shown at the bottom of the sign-in screen).
- Include your station's Radio username, and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
- Never send your password by email. We will never ask for it.
Signing in to the Monitor
The Monitor asks for three things: Username, Password and Radio username. Your station gives you all three. Radio username selects your station's studio wall. If your station's wall is public, leave Username and Password blank.
Forgot your login? Ask your station's administrator to reset it, or email us from the address your station has on file.
Privacy
The Monitor shows your station's on-air text. It shows no third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information. Read the full privacy policy.
